- Record with your resolution and widescreen off
- Put it into vegas (the vegas properties must be 16:9, 1280x720 for example)
- Uncheck "Maintain aspect Ratio"
- The screen must be a bit stretched because GTA doesn't look that much good in original 4:3 looks.
