Alien City problem

I don't can remove the blur from Alien city (the blur when you is on high velocity).
I already tryed change the stream.ini, but this don't fixed my problem.

Someone could help me ?

Use Camhack or SAPT3. I prefer Camhack since AVG won't give you stupid warnings all the time, and you don't need go to back to desktop to disable the function.
