Try downloading CCleaner & clrearing the registry, also, type %appdata% in the start search bar & press enter, it should open up a folder, locate the folder "Sony" there & delete it.
Have you updated all your drivers correctly?And did you uninstall before you did those things I told you. I forgot to mention, you should first uninstall, then do those steps & then install a clean vers.
It's possible that the drivers are causing the problem. Also make sure that you have the latest direct x & divx codecs.
