i personally dont have a problem with stunting with fl-off, in fact i stunt with it off
im just saying, record attempts need parameters or rules of some sort... 

Does it really matter that much? I usually stunt with FL on in single player, yet I have no problem with people who use FL off. It does create an imbalance in terms of skill levels, because stunting is dependant on frame rate, but it's not a major difference (variances in FPS, not FL on vs off).
