Yes you wound need a 680, But you will definitly need something better than that 7850, Its also outdated, get a 6xxx series video car atleast

I'm just hoping for a decent story and better optimalization than IV, so my HD6950 can run it at at least medium. Screens look fucking awesome, first thing I do after the first mission is explore the world.

Maan this map does look huge, and more importantly the city looks varied. If there's one thing GTAIV did not have it's variation. Looking forward to this game with sky-high expectations!!
