Quality Issue With YouTube?

Hey all,

So I've been trying to figure out about my quality problems. It seems like my recording does have a great quality. After rendering its even a bit better (with heavy CC's etc). But, when it comes to upload it to YouTube or any sharing source, the quality decreases to a potato. An example is my LFET 2012 entry.

I've tried every single render setting I've found on the forums and tested all fps recording methods. I don't think it's a PC problem. It's either YouTube's encoding or some other issue. It would be really appreciated to find a solution for this.
