I hope they can recapture the unique atmosphere MW had, imo the soundtracks & the colors were perfectly chosen to create such an immersive mood.
Speaking of gaming though, I hope they make cop chases as fun & unrealistic as they were in MW, I really disliked the HP approach to them, it took all the fun out of T-boning a roadblock with full thrust.
And bring back the drift/drag races, damn it!

the last NFS I enjoyed was Carbon, the last I liked was MW. haven't even played The Run, Pro Street, HP, Shift or Undercover, I didn't care about them. Underground 2 all the way,  but MW's epic too, can't wait for this

Great. Most Wanted was definitely the most fun to play out of all the NFS games for me (although the Underground series is still my most favourite, obviously). I hope Criterion makes it worthy of the name!

I know, I was speaking generally, it seems that the UG was the only one that had it all, MW didn't have drifts but had drags, carbon didn't have drags but had drifts (which were way over the top with the whole canyon thing, imo) etc, I just hope they could bring it ALL back for once.
