It allows FPS-rates which wouldn't be reached without. FPS seem to be a big thing when it comes to Taxi boosting, therefore using it surely should get handled as modding.

And I do agree that the way I moderate is not the best at times, but come on anyone with a bit of knowledge about SA knows that the taxi boosts are not legit.

That's not true, this is speculation and not fact. The fact is that the game changes as your FPS increases, this is proven by the use of FL off in the first place. FL off works in the same way as it does in VC, you notice it a lot more in VC precisely because people gets FPS rates of 200-300fps and more (and replays slow down in VC with higher FPS).

But yeah, if you're using a mod to achieve impossible FPS rates then you're modding. That's not to mention that the method by which FPS is increased changes the physics of the game.

is it modding if you use FPS increaser because you have a very old computer? (my one is 8 year old, single-core with 2,0 GHz and 512 MB graphic-card) if i use FPS increaser, i have about 60 FPS when I#m standing (0 km/h) and about 45 - 50 FPS when drive. without FPS increaser i have about 30 - 35 FPS.

in a perfect world, everyone would use fl-on, but since thats not going to happen, i think its only fair that people with extremely low fps's are allowed to give themselves a boost
