I don't think he's with rockstar no, I'm not 100% sure wether to believe him or not but from all the crap I've heard about gta v, the things he said were the most realistic out there. Still they're probably still changing round tons of features on the game considering we don't even have a release date yet, so I'm still open to other peoples suggestions and the amount of truth in them.

Stop guessing whats realistic and whats not, if its made by Rockstar then anything that is NOT on Rockstar's website is a fake. So simply wait until they reveal more information after the release of Max Payne 3, because its definite that they wont say anything about GTA V before the release of Max Payne 3, they also confirmed they'll be revealing more information in the upcoming months.
