I'm actually looking at a thread on /a/ where they compare bluray releases with tv rips from Nisemonogatari. and I can say that Shaft sure likes to change backgrounds 

Just look at this:




The have also pretty much redrawn entire episodes to fix certain things such as facial expressions, poses and shadows.



On a different note I finished K-ON!! the other day, it was alright. had some funny moments and some touching moments. The ending was alright but they totally ruined it by having episodes after the ending that was set before the ending. That was just retarded and ruined the ending. 6/10...

After Nisemonogatari, check out Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica. It's one of SHAFT's other works and it's pretty fucking great.

I also watched and finished both episodes of Denpa Teki na Kanojo. Was okay and something nice to kill time, can't really point out any good or bad things. Was just nice to watch.

If you are going to continue with Shaft I would recommend Ef - A tale of memories. At least if you are into romances.

If you are going to continue with Shaft I would recommend Ef - A tale of memories. At least if you are into romances.

Fuck your taste and people who have similar taste, Ef sucked ass and Madoka was great. You just can't accept facts as it seems.

Madoka is overhyped to death. It wasn't BAD, but it wasn't good either. Ef was good, sure it wasn't great, but I liked the characters and the stories. I still haven't watched the second season though, I should do that. Thank your for reminding me lol.

Well, I personally didn't think it was worth it's hype, but then again I haven't seen any other Mahou Shoujo, so the "shock factor" if the show wasn't shocking at all. And knowing that Mr.Sheeptea here probably haven't seen many of the magical girl shows either I don't think he'd enjoy the supposedly good parts of it.

But it's exactly that, if you look at Madoka as a stand alone anime it's mediocre, but the reason it got all the praise and hype was because people expected another magical girl show and got something else-ish. The story is rushed, but interesting, the characters were all stupid except from dark haired girl. Though It had awesome visuals and OST. I can't say the show is that memorable, except from it's OP.

Yes indeed!

Steins;Gate is fucking good. Started watching from episode 11 a few hours ago, and I couldn't stop until I finished it. Thought it'd take another few days for me to finish it, but after episode 12 it gets really exciting.
