i was running to The glitch mob-crush mode
really great to run with it, but pretty much every song from them are good to run with.
Also Skrillex could help, Disturbed.

Cesspool of Vermin - Swirling Carnivorous Mass.
slaughterbox - Fit For Human Consumption
Vulvectomy - Gangrenous Testicular Deformity
Nice list. My favorite band goregrind band is probably Last Days of Humanity and vaginal penetration of an amelus with a musty carrot.  :euro: I listen to Inquisition and some early black metal bands ( Burzum, emperor, celtic frost ). One of my favorite songs are Inquisition - Desolate Funeral Chant and Burzum - Dunkelheit

Download whatever you want from here. It's full with 1h+ sets and all of them (that I've heard) are great because there's a variety of the songs  :)

^ Oh dear  :euro: I know you can't judge tastes and you should respect anyone's but how in hell ("yeah 666 yarr devil atheist mickey mouse") can you listen to that ? Even the names are awful "post-abortion slut fuck" and that cesspool of vermin's cover featuring pigs gang banging a girl.

Mentally fucked up.

Anyway, I'd suggest you some powerful sung song to boost your brain such as jazz classics (Sinatra, Parker, Fitzgerald, Armstrong, Bechet ...) , 70s/hippies (Joplin, Jefferson Airplane ...), rock that touches you or wakes the revolutionary dude anyone has inside. I myself get this feeling by listening to Wu Lyf.

I know electro, dubstep, drum and bass seems to fit but trust me, they'll boost you for 5 mins. You're always tempted to follow the pace, and your brain does it even if you try to slow down, and you'll end up shortening your running session

+ Radio shows either live, or podcasted. That's a good way to discover new interesting subjects, the quality of the debate is way above anything you can find on television and best way to forget you're running by focusing on the talk :)

Dont really like the genre but i like some songs. I'll stick to black metal. Most black metal songs are so fucking emotional i cant even tell, its not all about: yey lets kill christians and rape the pope.  :euro:

Good stuff from Cocaine, Flow, Veno and Vegas.. We should go for a run sometime guys  :D
I've discovered through this topic I seem to take a liking to electronic and screamo music when I'm working out, wouldn't have found that out if it wasn't for you folks, cheers!

Also, i forgot ^^ Noah - Dont forget, if you want to drop some weight, then you should eat clean (Vegetables, Fruits, Milk, Meat) No candies, alchohol etc.
Yeah, I eat alot of vegetables seeing as I'm a vegetarian so my diet is pretty good. Funny you should mention alcohol, I drank like five gallons last night lol, but that's no issue with all the fancy new music I have on my iPhone now hehe.

Heading out to kill some fat, thanks again for the lovely music everyone.  :)
