It is actually a good idea, but it's much easier for the organisers to have the winners round and the losers round running at the same time, but we'll discuss that

I think it's a bad idea actually, it would be way easier organizing if you have both rounds running at the same time (at least that's what I think..) Just be patient.

I missed my match due to me forgetting to log in for like 15 days or so... Would like to be in loser's bracket, and I'll TRY to remember to check in every three days at least. Sorry, it's just after waiting so long to get the matches posted in the first place, and then knowing I'd have to wait again before I could be a back-up, I just forgot to keep checking.
