Now Daksad's version is what I called a stunt video. Had some clearer and closer look on the stunts and just noticed that two of the three Slayer's guest stunts were nitro-on. :P

Now, that was some kick as video filled with kick ass cinematic, gotta admit that some stunts where hard to see, only a few of them, But as far as the editing goes which obviously Beat worked a shit load of time on, it was great in my eyes, the Sound track or tracks and the mixing was flawless, i almost felt like i was watching a actually movie, good job on this one guys

I loved this Beat, the editing was just incredible (the intro was especially good, flawless)! I also liked how you flashed my name running up next to Daksad, damn did we have some fails on that stunt . I have to agree with the rest that the stunts weren't clear, I think IV stunters can understand what's going on but anyone else would have a tough time understanding most of the stunts in the video. I also didn't like that you didn't mention which stunt was Slayer's (that sick bump to crane).

I don't care about any of that though, I'm taking this for what it's meant to be. It's meant to be a cinematic experience, and I LOVED it :D. Angles weren't perfect even for cinematic videos but for a stunt video you'd be hard pressed to do any better than Beat has here. The stunts themselves were mostly good, some were great, I knew they'd be good so great job Daksad! The real star of the show for me was the intro though, that was absolutely flawless. If you want to be truly great you've got to take risks, Beat's done that and it's up to you whether it payed off. It did for me :)

Its there the whole way through :P, it's meant to be like that so it doesn't interrupt your vision.

After watching the 1080p of Beat's version twice and Daksad's version I can say I enjoyed it as a stunting video as well as 'cinematic experience'.  :P

Editing should make stunts look better not the other way around. This is quite obvious thing I think but it seems that someone just doesn't understand it.

Should? That's just your point of view, man. Beat wrote in the description of his video:
"A cinematic stunting experience."
And that's what this is. The focus was on cool angles during massive airs, grinds and backflips and stuff, instead of the usual focus on nailing a natural bump to grind, or nailing a p2b2roof, and the editing being a tool for making the stunts look as impressive as possible. In this video it was the opposite, just like you said: the stunts, by looking cool, complimented the editing. Who are you to say what's right and wrong? Let people express their own style for pete's sake.
Well, that was my opinion. Maybe I got bit too much angry and that is why my post seemed like I was forcing my opinion but I wasn't. I just don't get what is the point of editing a stunt video this way if it's impossible to see the stunts. Thatswhy I compared him to Michael Bay. If it would be just themed vid like that Lamborghini thing then I wouldn't had got so angry but still, sorry for my post being so misleading  :euro:

Now watched Daksads version and damn, that was awesome. The stunts were sick. Really enjoyed grinds, they looked creative and really good for GTA IV. Big air stuff was really good and jawdroping at the same time. I remember trying some of the stunts on Xbox just when the game came out and I couldn't get even close to the roofs you landed with ease  :P

Nope I don't use nitro anymore, and it's not possible to use it whilst in a wheelie anyway :P.

Also I have to agree with SS, that intro was so good!

I enjoyed both versions in their own way, I will say that in BeaT's version I missed some aspects of 'a stunting vid' but I guess it was meant to be a 'cinematic experience'.
I think I may have enjoyed Dak's version more because I prefer stunt vids where I can have a clear view on the stunts.

The stunts are great, and I really liked Nick's bump to crane guest stunt.
