A Chicony keyboard
« on: December 20, 2011, 06:14:50 AM »
So I'm using a wireless keyboard by 'Chicony' for some time now because my father kind of stole my normal one , it gives me some troubles in tapping as fast as I'd want, and when stunting, makes my radding pretty awful, I know there's a bigger delay when it's wireless than when it's wired but it shouldn't affect the frequency of tapping and the time between each tap. I thought it might be the fact the keys are 'heavier' so in that case, is there any way to make the PC more sensitive to the taps on the keyboard?

I am sorry if this sounds stupid but... get a wired keyboard  :ninja:

Check if the charger is charged or if your batteries are "full". Also incase you have a signal reciever connected at your PC try to get it as close to your keyboard as you can, that's what I did back then and it worked for me.

You might want to check out the drivers for it, if it has any available. Incase you're using XP as the OS, go to system configuration or whatever it is called in english. There should be a tab called keyboard where you can configure the delay of the keyboard button mashing or whatever, so incase you hold or type buttons you can configure the delay of it exactly for your needs.

This probably won't help but I tried :3

I have owned 2 wireless keyboards, both has this problem. It seems since it's wireless that it cannot handle if you are holding 3 buttons down at the same time, so it only recognizes 2 and ignores the 3rd. Get a keyboard with a wire.
