[REQ] Certain swastika sign

I need an experienced GFXer who can make a swastika sign with 'leaking edges', kind of like this:

I'm using it for a bike I'm gonna make, so I need it in the same colors and looking the same, but no 3d look, just 2d. 4000 Credits to the person who can do this.. if he's interested in the credits.

The nazis mirrored the original swastika and made its meaning the opposite, but can anyone just make it? I suck at this kind of stuff.
