its old when:
you grind the fence of the building to the left (from the view you had while stunting)
grinding the fence where yo droped to the ground (after the building you grinded)
thats all i have seen there

You don't even need to shoot out your wheels, just keep tapping W to pump the gas as if you were drifting with a car so you keep going in the same direction while grinding the ledge. I think that looks lame though to be honest
