Greensky timecyc?

Is there a timecyc with a greensky at every weather and time, which does NOT crash gta_sa.exe ?
If yes please upload it/share it with me,
I am also willing to pay 100-200 credits if you want...

There is, but not in this time plane. Doing it yourself isn't that hard btw. Open up paint, go to the colory scheme thing, find the RGB values and replace them with the default ones
under sky_top or something and the rest.

GDL made one for me ages ago, I'm not sure if it works on all weathers as it has been ages since I last used it. Feel free to test it.
