My favorite GTA game is SA but i really hope it's Tommy... He's the best character in the GTA franchise.

This is beyond crazy... The looks of this trailer are spectacular. They finally (at least in this teaser) captured a true feeling of a real city. LC on IV looks like NY, but it just doesn't give a natural feel to it.
It sure looks like Rockstar invested really hard on the pedestrians, they look really nice and more randomly animated and therefore more realistic and natural.
Police car license plate on 1:05 says it belongs to San Andreas... I hope but I don't expect SF and LV making into the final game. This LS already looks ridiculously huge, with the countryside and all.

Yepp... But theres a countryside place that looks like LV desert , maybe is the connection between LS/SF and LV? And i imagine the surroundings of Mount Chilliad  :o I hope they keep the small cities , they are really fun in GTA San Andreas. But yeah , i doubt there will be SF and LV too.

LS looks about twice as big than the one from SA and the countryside looks huge, it seems there are big mountains all over the map... And it barely shows sea or rivers, and I guess if there are several islands like the old GTAs it's very possible that they made SF and LV too. I don't really think they would have called it San Andreas if there was only Los Santos and countryside around it. Also there's much stuff from IV in the game... Which also means they won't really improve the handling since they use the same cars.

For those who think this is only in Los Santos and not completely San Andreas...

Look at the people playing golf. That's Avispa in San Fierro.

Look at the oil rigs and machinery. That's Bone County, Las Venturas.

Look at the mountain people are climbing on. That's Mt. Chiliad, the mainstay of the Badlands south of San Fierro.

It's San Andreas, baby.

Man, I still haven't even finished the fourth one. There's too many games out these days, can't even be fucked to watch the trailer since by the time I get around to playing this it'll be 2016.

Ah well, when it drops it's obviously gonna be the shit. Rockstar have come too far to even successfully attempt to make a bad GTA game now.

Another possibility for the man you hear could be Donald Love. He kinda fits the description given in the trailer, wanting to settle down, better climate (as compared to the shitty weather in LC) and he kinda looks like him. And considering he disappeared in GTA3 it makes it even more possible.

He was also seen in GTA IV on a newspaper here:

Playing as him would be weird though, considering he's a friggin cannibal

Oh come on, Rockstar taking the easy way out and reserving the same SA meal ? I'm disappointed, the excitement is always to discover new period, new ambient, new cities. This is like watching Terminator 2, same movie, different packaging except any surprise.

Luckily SA was the GTA I had the most fun playing around, while IV was the one I didn't even finish due to it's lack of everything but classical boring action game.

Hoping for some fun !

Fuck. Why are there so many disappointed people here?

I've never understood why some of you hate IV. Wrong with the vehicle-physics? Cars spinning around when you drive? Boring story/characters? Please explain what it is about IV that you didn't like.

Yeah, R* are taking the easy way out by remaking the entire world of their most successful game ever. Not sure where that logic comes from but I'd advice you to get your head out of the world and into the kitchen, pussy.

I'm so fucking fascinated by the trailer. The graphics, the scenery, the cars and all the surrounding things were just brutal. It will be a damn difficult time to wait for the game or even the next trailer.

I loved the "90s" and "80s" feeling in the previous games (except IV ofc which is shit anyway).  GTA V seems like it's after 2000 just like GTAIV...
The only thing I hope for is a good story with interesting missions and a comeback of some previous characters (for Example "The Truth" and Toreno).
