Landing by bumping the lighthouse would look awesome 

I'm not a big computer-expert and i don't even know how to upgrade SA to v1.0 but the main reason for me is, that i want a clean game without any modification because I'm a big fan of classical games which already has his own character i just need the original GTA SA feeling when i play it. and i bet that my FPS will get lower if i would activate tools (my computer is 8 years old... build your own mind about this statement)

If you have enough hardrive space copy + paste GTA SA in the Rockstar Games folder so you have 1 clean copy ad one with dannyes. The downgrade patch is incredibly easy and it tells you what to do in the installer. Dannyes comes with a readme telling you where to put the files. Dannyes will not make the game run any slower.
