First contact with GTA?

When and how was it the first time you came in contact with the GTA series?

The first time I saw it was at a friend's house when I was about 6-7 years old and it was GTA 2 on the playstation but the first time I actually played GTA myself was when I, on my dad's computer, managed to download it and install it at the age of 9 (very proud) and then play it for about 20 minutes until my mom walked in seeing me shooting a poor woman who falls to the street with blood flowing onto the street. Good times, good times...

GTA 2 on my PS one. Borrowed the cd from my friend and i never returned it lol. That game is fucking awesome.

I remember my older brother getting San Andreas for the PS2 when I was very little. When I was allowed to play a bit I could go on for days but obviously I couldn't.

My first time was when i played Vice City round my uncles house on ps2, i was 9 or 10. I loved it and soon got it myself. When i got it i remember showing it to my friends and they loved it, laughing their asses off when i was ramming down lampposts etc...... not long after all my friends had it

As a little kid I had played some GTA 1 & 2 on the PC, bad brother influences there. Later they stopped me from playing GTA3 because of my parents I guess, but when Vice City was released I was 'old enough' to play.

When i was 5 or something i got a cd with lots of games on from my uncle.. (well my dad did get them) and GTA 1 was on it. So i installed it (had no idea what it was) started shooting ppl and i was stuck, mom and dad didn't care if i played it so been playing GTA since i was around 5 years old. (18 in 2 months.)

In 2004, a friend of mine recommended it, so I got it for the PS2 (the PC version wasn't even released then, if I remember correctly). So I played that for a few years, until early 2008 when I got it for the PC.

Started GTA 1 on the computer with win98 i guess and later on we got gta 3 and it was super awesome since it was 3d and then i didnt play gta for over 3/4 years and then GTA San Andreas came out for le ps2 and I started playing that

Original GTA on the PC so many years ago I can't even remember exactly. I do remember the game show-like introduction though.

yea,5 years ago,i want to find a nice game. and i thought "vice" is a cool title,i want play the title game.
