It doesn't go on every curb, it must be a higher one and you use hydraulics

Not on every curb you can do it. But to do this you must hold NumPad2 (responsible for raising the front of the car) and then NumPad8 (responsible for raising the rear of the car). With this combination front of the car hit the curb and the car bounces. That's all:) Soon I'll make this video tutorial.

You can see in his video exactly what he does, not that hard really.

Basically you just need to have your front of the car up, then when you get near the curb make your front go down and the back go up, this sort of pushes your nose in the ground and lets you get a bit of air from the curb. Now all that is left is pray that you land your stunt.

It's a matter of trying it out really, once you do it a few times you'll get the hang of it.
