[Help]How To Create a Mod Installer

I'm From VietNam , pls Help Me create a setup auto installer to gta3.img ? , but not gta mod installer or other tools installer , i want create a setup installer .exe auto installer to gta3.img. sorry bad english

If you mean you want to convert gta3.img to an exe file, download Winrar. It's the easiest way.

I have absolutely no experience in coding to that extent, so the only advice I can offer is to possibly pick apart the installer for LC or SAiVC and see how they work.

No , I Mean is a installer mod .exe , and install direct to gta3.img . but not use any other tools

I think he means something like "San Andreas Mod Installer" just for VC. The most mods have an installer (like lc for vc). For models like .txd or .dff's you only need IMG installer. in my view it would be to much work to make something (useless imo).
