Best Live Performances
« on: August 29, 2011, 04:24:13 PM »
I don't really watch a lot of live performances, but out of the ones I have seen, this excerpt from Sigur Ros' film Heima is by far the most amazing:

Sigur Rós | Untitled #8 (Full Version) (Heima DVD)

Which music genre? Albeit a genre, I would hardly call electronic music live performances performances.

Didn't watch the full clip but what I saw was very impressive!
As usual I'd go for either Metallica's gig in Seattle 1989, Pantera's show in Moscow 1991 or any live performance by AC/DC but I'd like to share this wonderful act of talent:

Spike Jones and his City Slickers - Sabre Dance

Not my favorite but damn fucking incredible.

Dire Straits - Brothers In Arms LIVE (On the Night, 1993) HD

It all depends on personal opinions, personally, I like any band that's willing to play in front of a bunch of people. Unless they just completely suck  :cheersad:

I've got the full DVD, simply amazing, some of the tracks are even better performed than in the album version
