What Neo uploaded was just a fix for those road texture bugs. Never seen him post another version.

Nope, I've never posted an alternate version. I use the one from the official site.

That "bug" looks like a LOD problem, like the ones I made a fix for. I see many odd LOD problems with people who use these "alternate" versions of SAiVC. It's an easy fix if you know your way around Moomapper.

well do you mind explaining how to fix this? i don't even know what moomapper is but i guess i can learn how to work with that

As long as you use the offical version of SAiVC and main.scm posted on the website for stunting, and then wait for the LODS to load at the start, you will have no problems.
