Speed Tap Method: This method is an easy way to gain higher speeds than normal driving. When you're on your NRG or bike of some sort, press the lean forward key which will make your CJ lean forward on the bike. Now to do the Speed tap method, you pretty much just tap the lean forward key really fast so your CJ bops up and down really fast. You do this as your runup to your bump/stunt.

RAD Method: RAD'ing is a way of gaining higher speeds that are unobtainable from driving normal or speed tapping. Basically it is speed tapping while you're doing a wheelie.. so do it, you need to drive & lean backwards until the back of your NRG is scraping or grinding on the ground. Once it's scraping, start to do the speed tap method & you should now be RAD'ing. Once again, you use this on the runup to your bump/stunt. This is stuntings most popular method, and once you get use to it, you'l be able to attempt or do high bumps such as the SF bridge bump shown in the last video link above.

NOTE: When RAD'ing you will find that you'l sometimes bump out of the wheelie. To fix this, just quickly lean backwards as soon as you bump out until you're scraping again, then continue to speed tap back into your RAD. Oh and just a little bit of history behind the RAD method, it got it's name from it's founder "RAD" he use to be an active stunter from XSA.

I hope I was of some help, and good luck with your stunting GTR ;)
