He will use a BB to land another BB
Which means he is using a BB without landing or grinding it
And then landing something else
He will have used 1 without landing or grinding
So it its ok

chall says you can't grind or land a bb, and somewhere deeply in it i have to figure it out that i can.

Wrong. The challenge does not say you can't grind or land a bb. If that's what it meant then it would've said so. Your wording implies grinding or landing on any should be forbidden which is not the case as the challenge says best usage of a bb without landing or grinding on it. Whatever happens before or after the main involvement of that bb is irrelevant to the completion of the challenge.
