    Haha Same CPU and Card as me :P  You got the 2gb one?

    Anyways, try LOTS of different drivers for it, I had to use some old one or something to get mine to work well with GTA4. and reinstall many times.

    I've reinstalled GTA4, and it works. Thanks for help guys. Topic can be locked now.
