Meh, another year goes by, new games come out, all I can do is watch. Well, I'm off to play some Microsoft Pinball.

Stunting in this is pretty possible. You can bump a car just by going at the front with high speed and woosh

But I'm disappointed in the expiring times of most weapons, I want to keep them forever but like hell I'm willing to pay real cash for a game.

Anyway, game's awesome. But when going on missions some tend to camp and do nasty stuff and my aiming isn't exactly the best while shooting here.

That only works with some cars, like the patriot pioneer @ 1:35

APB - Stunts & Physics Abuse Extravaganza

And as for the exiring weapons.. They gotta make money somehow, you should be happy you're being given the opportunity to play this great game for free  :P

That patriot pioneer thing seems pretty good  :o You can land some pretty decent sized buildings with that!

Am I the only one that thinks APB is boring? I mean seriously the only actual fun thing is to customize your car and character...that's it. The gun play sucks, it's laggy as shit (both the original and reloaded) and the handling blows. If you want a free GTA cops and robbers, download SAMP and join CrazyBob's Cops and Robbers. Tons of shit to do, free and most importantly it's actually fun. http://www.cbcnr.com/

The gun play sucks
Please elaborate.

it's laggy as shit
I'm tempted to call you an idiot, but I'll try to resist that temptation.

and the handling blows.
Please elaborate on that too.

GTA San Andreas isn't free lol

The gun play sucks
The weapons don't feel as if they were Fisher Price toys instead of actual weapons. Not to mention the sound and animations just blow on them. Don't get me started about the hitboxes.

it's laggy as shit
It is. Have you seen the forums for it? Both in the RTW beta and the Reloaded beta one of the most things complained about it lag and stuttering. This is despite the fact that the server I was playing on is near me. Apparently it's been fixed somewhat in the open beta according to change logs but I'm done giving chances. And no, it's not my computer either. It can handle Crysis, GTAIV, [insert any other demanding game here], etc. just fine. Yet APB lags even though it looks worse.

and the handling blows.
Another thing that has been beaten to death in both betas and in the final. The handling is bouncy, sluggish and just plain shit.

I'd say at least 95% of the people on this forum have San Andreas. If not, a one time "fee" of $10 isn't much and you don't have to buy weapons and extras with real money later on.

Look, I've tried to give APB a chance twice and I really wanted it to succeed if only for the sake of RTW and David Jones. The idea has real potential but both owners (RTW and now GF) fail to realize that the core mechanics need to be fixed before throwing it onto the market. RTW management completely ignored everyone who said the core mechanics were shit. After they went under a number of developers came out and said they wanted to fix it but management said it would be fine the way it is.

With my 8gb RAM, I was going to download this. But after Laketown & Aj's review on the game, I think I'll stick to
Crazy Bobs C's & R's. It's much more fun drifting around in a banshee & teasing the cops on CB's than it would be
lagging & piss farting around on a game that has crap reviews.. besides, who would pay money on a shit game?

Got some questions to you Noah, or others that got experience in the game.

1. Am I always able to spawn a bought car in those spawn areas, even if I destroyed it?

2. Where the fuck can I buy clothes, make tattoos and stuff?

3. Where do I see what I need to unlock new stuff like weapons? I only see a lock on them, but no information...

4. Is that bad reputation or how it's called actually good or bad?

5. Is there any Level information? Like, what you unlock on a level...

1. Yes

2. In the Social District: APB Reloaded: GUIDE - How do I change my clothes?

3. Move your cursor over the lock and it'll tell you what you need to unlock it.

4. I don't even get that question..

5. Same as No 3. it'll tell you the level needed with a certain contact. You have different levels with each contact so you have to check each one individually.
