FPS drop (kind of)

(I asked Noah on Facebook but he hasn't answered yet so I'm just gonna post this here)
I just got IV to work, made the settings lowest (just to test) and the results were meh. I guess 35-40 FPS should do the job, but that's not the problem. The problem is that they weren't static. Every 3-4 seconds I had a sudden and short freeze...
Any help? Patches? Mods? I just wanna have the best LQ IV experience. :3

Nice. :) I'm glad FloW made a timecyc for that, cause if he hadn't, I wouldn't have had the files of such a special timecyc. Good thing you sent me a link to it, cause if you hadn't, I'd still be so fucking laggy. :P

Instal 1.0.5.0 patch if you haven't any, it helps alot

I got 1.0.7.0. :lol: Will test out with and without your timecyc and post results.
