Gonna quote Genyus' words here: "Go think twice about what you are saying".  <_< Cdarmy got his perfect RAD skills because of a nicely decorated handling.cfg.
Race him for a taxi stunt or ten and re-consider that opinion.

Since when is RAD's applied in taxi stunting?

In reference to the luck vs skill sub-debate - stunting is about 95% luck. I can hit the same spot the same way 50 times in a row and hit one good bump. The next day I can hit one in ten good bumps at the same spot. Methodology counts for very little in stunting.

Having said that, yeah...it does follow certain rules. But there's no way on this earth you can apply those rules to land a stunt immediately. I also don't buy for one second these claims stating "I landed it in five minutes" - that bollocks is just that...bollocks.

Well if 95% is luck, then why wouldn't you buy those 5 minutes Kaneda ?  :euro:
I agree, most of the times you get it right over time but you happen to be close, sometimes on the first try, so may land it if you have el diablo with you.

I also agree with what Genyus, Daffy and Helios said. Getting skilled at stunting permits to increase your part of chance !

Seeing as my name was being dropped left and right I figured I would waste some time talking to the peasants.

There is a degree of skill, there is a degree of luck. There is also your ability to find worthwhile spots, along with having the collected knowledge and experience to bring all of the elements that make a stunt, a stunt, together.

First I have to find the spot, but which vehicle to use? how much run-up do I need? RADs? can I even make the height? when do I need to lean back? can I get the angle? wait, isn't this old? maybe I'll do it with a freeway, why are you reading this?

I think people bunch all of the finer elements of a stunt together and label it skill when it's not that simple. Knowledge and experience are the most important, then you create your own luck by carefully choosing which stunts you're going to burn time on. To me luck is about how long it will take before you land the spot, not if you WILL land the spot. If you're trying a 200ft p2b2stoppie2grind2ag2grind, sure it might be possible but have some common sense...

Disregard forum bullshit, stunt for fun.

In all seriousness Bluedagger, everybody knows you mod. I did that stunt a whole fucking 2 years before you stole it, and before you modded it with half the runup that is necessary to reach the building. You CANNOT argue that you stole it like you've tried to, it's fact, and backed up by proof. I have no reason to believe that you wouldn't mod a stunt if you're already lying about whether or not you stole it from me, and I know from back then having tried it that you can't even get close with the runup you took in your replay, so fuck you.

Quote from: Shadowsniper
Just in case my feedback hasn't reached Mythic in time, I have something to tell you all about Bluedagger; a modding, lying scumbag. I had suspicions the finisher of the video was something I'd lost... I was right, but that's not the reason I'm angry, I wouldn't have cared that the finisher is a stunt of mine if it hadn't been stolen from me. First it's fucking Scavenger, then Dan, now Bluedagger. Wow. The current finisher of the beta is a stunt I've landed for my VC solo, the opener to be precise. Please look at these, there's more but that's all you need to see. He asked me if he could try and land this stunt, but "didn't want to steal it from me" if I already had. I told him I've landed it, then he replies that it was easy, it took him 30 minutes. I look at his reply and find it's modded, and I tell him it is. There's more PM's after this but it was nothing to do with this stunt, the point is he had the fucking nerve to ask me if he could land it, I say no, and then he goes and steals it. I have faith this will be changed because Mythic's currently collecting feedback on the video, but in case it's not, you should all know that this liar shouldn't be allowed to ruin the community video too. Thanks for your time.

I rest my case :)

I like how you are lying you are working on your solos for years when you actually land all of the stunts in a few hours.

Okay, I'll explain my side of that story one more time Paul and thats it I thought that case was closed..

I was browsing around vice city, and I decided to try that natbump. I believe by the time BK had even released it with a p2b. That spot is obvious and I think EVERYONE has tried it before or at least seen it. I try it for a while, get one really close attempt. I look at the replay and something comes to mind -

"Didnt paul try this?"

So I PM you and ask you. Meanwhile you respond I'm still trying the spot and I guess I get lucky or something, because then after 2 minutes I land it. Then I read your PM saying that you landed it and wanted to use it for solo. Fine I say, you can have it and I dont use that replay.

Then after some time I see that there are complications with the commvid, one of them being that it needed a finisher. So I look through my reps folder and find some reps, amongst others the natbump. It seemed like a good finisherstunt so I sent it. I did NOT remember our agreement - atm I'm studying and stunting is the least of my concerns.

So it gets in the beta and you see it, whereafter you see it and send this to me:

I think to myself what the hell, it was an honest mistake and you react like that. Couldnt you just have asked me to remove it?

I sent this:

And then you could have just said "okay sure, we had an agreement - could you remove it please?"

But no, you start publicly flaming me, accusing me of all sorts of things, calling me a modder etc etc. So then I decide that you know what, its a public spot, I guess we had an agreement but obvious spots like that cannot just be claimed by someone like you did, especially when you wouldnt even show me the rep of you landing it, so you know what? Fuck you man. We were friends, at least the kind of friends you get from the internet, but fuck you for acting like that, you could have asked me kindly to remove it but you just went straight to fucking rage. Fuck that. I'm done explaining this man.

I just didn't believe your story at all man, and I still don't. I'd seen your most certainly modded replay, so I already had doubt in my mind, and I've had enough stolen from me to know when somebody takes me for a fucking idiot ;). You're trying to tell me that you didn't remember our agreement after about 10 PM's back and forth about all that, and after finding a stunt in your replay folder that you said yourself to have related to my 'Unluckiest Man Alve' spot... after all that you didn't remember? You're trying to pretend that you just forgot all that, and sent a massive natural bump as the finisher to the community video? You're full of shit, that's why I ignored your bullshit response. And as you know from that topic, I let you use the stunt anyway, but you chose to keep it in, because you're an actual dick who even lies about the stunts he's landed to this day.

what the hell man you too, didnt figure youd jump the bandwagon of idiots

i landed this a long time ago guys and i dont have SAiVC anymore so i cant see which rep is the landing. if you check my old reps folder (was uploaded) you can find it i guess.

anyway ill try to get saivc so i can find the rep or reland

Case in point, we all know you haven't done that P2B as well :P

EDIT: I didn't show you my replay precisely because I was worried about stealing, given all the Dan stuff that had happened before, and that you'd just landed it whilst asking me if I had landed it, that raised suspicion. But hey, you stole it anyway, so that went well! :P

EDIT2: OH and another thing, that I actually forgot about but you've reminded me. You mentioned your old replays folder in that quote... can you tell me why a natural bump I've landed for my LC leftovers video was released in it? I shown Cola a natbump that I'd landed, and he told me that he'd already seen that exact replay in your old replays folder. I didn't believe this so I asked him, and he was able to show me the exact copy you had released... then I remembered I'd shown you my replay a few years ago. So you kept my replay and released it as your 'old spots'? You don't actually have a leg to stand on :P
