[SA]San Andreas FPS Increaser

Hello gtastunting.net! Maybe you don't know, but in SA, there is a delay between 2 frames (14 ms), so that makes impossible to draw SA more then ~76 FPS, but this small programm, just sets the delay to 0, so your FPS will be the maximum, that your computer can draw. Here some results:

Also, you can change it mannualy with Cheat Engine or something else. Just set the value of 0x53E94C to 0, (length 1 byte)

No problem, this can help you to play on higher fps on old computers :3

UPDATE: Added modifier, so you can adjust your delay to adjust your FPS (if you have too big)
