Second one looks amazing but the size seems a bit.. not like usually it is? 
Try the same thing with "Devoted Pattern - Shifftee" in the middle, like in the userbars we have now. And make soft edges with a shadow on half the userbar.. Like the ones everybody has now. trololo

I knew the size was different, I made the 3^rd bar before reading all the posts, but now I hope is all right.

It's not a B&E effect, it's just a white circular pattern that lightens up the bar.
Without it, for me, it looks pretty dark, and you can hardly find any kind of contrast.
