Fucking boot order

so, i dowloaded windows 7 and i burned it on a dvd, all i need naw is to order my boot stuff in bios to start the pc with CD/DVD, i have to make the CD/DVD first ,But there is no info that could tell me wat keys to use to switch between them

When you start your pc press F12 like crazy and there should be a boot menu. Choose to boot from disk thru that menu.

i have windows xp, so i cant install it from desktop, i can only install it from boot shit :<
and the f12 thingy tells me that the boot file isnt found
