Actually that is Christian music. It seems like it was recorded at the Notre Dame which is a Roman-Catholic church. Besides they're singing "gloria in excelsis deo" and I doubt that Muslim music has Latin lyrics.

If you wanna search for Muslim music, look for Sufi music, kinda like that music :
