@Red
Most of them should equal in a
total count of maybe 6 to 10 hours (mostly re-working or getting stuff right) They don't really took very long at all.
I love all your stuff man, did you make any education as graphic designer/illustrator/media designer or something similar? In case you didn't, is it all just a hobbie based thing or do you also gain some cash like a freelancer sometimes (I assume so cuz of that 'the unknown being' stuff there)? Just wondering cuz you seem to know pretty much stuff about typography, color contrasts/interaction, gaze motion/eyecatchers etc.
Actually I didn't. I have applied for a Graphic Design school already and I just need to pass an acceptance test now this weekend. It started as a quite fun hobby and turned out to be a thing I really wanted to explore and do as a job if possible. I haven't freelanced a lot (started and in development only since this year) and got only one job so far. "The Unknown Being" is just my identity and "Unknown Work" are personal series of unshown work/wips/experimental stuff.
The things like typography, I worked hard on it the past months and that's why they may look like actual knowledge of the matter. Things like colors and interaction, I just tend to let it be instinctive. I feel if something is misplaced in a piece or is just right there (like moving an element for minutes around just to be sure it's looking good there), kind of perfectionist but I am really eager to work till I know it's done.
I really couldn't tell any rules or things about eyecatchers and all that, it's guessing what looks good and what not. Let me say it's the experience I've gained over the time, watching styles, forms and colors evolve over years and doing what I like.
Again a huge statement but I hope it doesn't shrink you back from reading it all. Thanks again for the very kind words and I will try my best to get the Wallpaper packs rolling.
