Holy shit that looks amazing in comparison to the original. I love how he keeps the old elements in, this game was never meant to be HD or something but this looks perfect. The lighting is amazing.

Shitty game? What do you play, cs:s?
Today's games are just about it's fucking graphics and the storys are basically always the same, atleast in shooters.
Minecraft is different and is imo the best game i've ever played, i mean theres no leading storyline and you can actually do whatever you want.
+ the atmosphere is mostly because of these beautiful soundtracks SO awesome..

But whatever, i actually want to keep it original since the game is not meant to have a realistic looking. Looks good tho :3

I'm guessing those who "badmouth" it never have played it. I myself did this as well someone in my class was playing it an I was like "lol no point looks shit," then I stayed up all night playing it myself 

If you enjoy building your own stuff and just being creative this is a perfect game for you. and if you like to explore fight random monsters and whatnot this is also the game for you. It's pretty hard to explain, there is no main story line, but it's just fun. Though I haven't played it in a while. I'm guessing I got tired of it after a while. But hell it's a fun game.

Also I'm not sure, if this is legit then awesome I guess. I prefer the original tbh.

Yeah but that's why I like this texture pack, it keeps the old but gets some of the new too.

Btw this vid was posted back in November 2010 when it was still Alpha stage. Does anyone with good research abilities know more?
