I doubt this is a mistake. I've tried this stunt before, granted I tried it with FL on, but even with FL off I can't vision this being possible. Also thinking about the collision of that tree I just doubt you can get that powerful of a bump. Secondly your airtime looks so slow, seems as if you're struggling to rise into the air. Can you upload the replay for us all to watch? Also, the weirdest thing is that this tree is a slightly curved up collision, almost straight, yet we see in the slow motion that your infernus is at almost the same angle as the road just before you hit the tree. Despite this, you still bump all the way up. Fishy as hell, but upload the replay in case. Even looking at the 'POV' camera in your clip, the replay speed is perfectly fine, so I reject that it's an issue.
