A similar spot was done by Brainkiller in Voyage. He put a boat (I think it was a reefer) above the stairs, and bumped them to the roof on the right with a krail. This seems a little basic in comparison, you'd be better of doing it naturally

It looks like the bridge rail is a bit high to bump it and get the distance. Maybe a BSM on the tree?
