Never heard of that techjam modded stunt, u sure ?

Yeah it's that one to the LC bridge near the middle of the video, there was a bit of discussion going on about it. Bob wouldn't send the replay out and things like that, remember quite a few people being suspicious about it. Anyway I don't want to argue about it if that's where you're going

Let's just say that my stand on this is: Not right away.

Yes, intentionally posting a video in the wrong section is against the rules. But there are two questions we must ask ourselves:

1. How can we actually prove beyond any doubt that a video is modded? In my opinion the only thing that clears it up would be the creator admitting it himself. But since there are indeed stubborn people who won't admit even in some cases, we could set a rule about how much comments on a video have to contain accusations in order for a video to be considered modded (I suggest at least 60%).

2. Even if a person is caught modding, should they really get insta-banned? In my opinion, warned. Give them a second, hell, even a THIRD chance. There were some really good examples of ex-modders becoming great stunters. Just look at FloW as an example.

The fact that somebody continually breaks the rules should be enough to warn, 2nd time a timed ban, 3rd time perhaps a permban.

Of course it's sometimes difficult to see if somebody mods, but Jesus, if people actually stopped looking at the name in stuntvideos and look at the stunts themselves, they would probably be astonished by how weird they look.
I am quite sure if SharingaN's opener from his video had the label "Daffy" instead, NOBODY would say it's modded. (Ok, this might be a bit exaggerated, but you get the idea).

In times like those there can hardly be any doubt whether the stunts are modded or not.
As for those stunts where it's kinda 50 - 50, we can't really do anything, can we?

I do beleive one person modding without admit it is WAY to much. I can't ignore it just because it's not fair, if I land a stunt I want to be compared with someone who stunt without mods too. Simple as that. If you want to mod, go to the modded section and land awesome shit because, in this section, you can.

You weren't saying that when Tackleberry and Fugitive got found out . Tackleberry was even found out for modding again after he admitted it the first time, when he modded that bump to bridge in Techjam. Are you saying because they modded, the forum became a worse place? Or is it just that you follow me into every thread and state I should be banned out of some unjustified hatred for me? Because there's a difference between the two things

The point is that it really makes no difference, banned or not modders will continue making videos, or just switch account and do it all over again (as they do right now). Also, bias is bound to come into play. If people mod, let them mod and be known for modding, it doesn't really matter and if they land your stunts, nobody will care because you can land them clean.

You've been unmasked plenty of times before and still you claim to be clean, and to make the story and yourself look even more dumber, you say you stunt with FL on. You have no say in this buddy.

What bothers me the most about this stuff is that modded vids frequently get much more comments, than well-deserved ones.

It's not just for comments count, it's all about their quality and such. I personally try to enjoy my videos at  first, then I show them to the community. It doesn't matter if they won't like them. My personal opinion is what should matter. Not saying about some questionable videos, but still some of them are cool.

hmm well, SharingaN has been here for quite and I see from his new solo that clearly he hasn't changed at all.. So I wouldn't mind that he got a ban.. maybe for few months.. still that just doesn't corrupt his SA .exe and that he would stop modding, so I honestly don't see a point to it..
