VC:MP stunting guide
« on: February 13, 2011, 05:56:56 AM »
Hello, recently i noticed that VC:MP is far less popular for multiplaying compared to earlier days due to inconvenience of stunting ever since Stormlexer's server went off few years back.
So, i wanted to help with the inaccessibility of VCMP stunting nowdays by writing the following tutorial:

*Downloading VC:MP and getting set to connect.
The first step would be downloading the most recent version of VC:MP which is located on the main page here:
 http://vicecitymultiplayer.com/
After you downloaded and installed it on a clean copy of VC[Allbeast's vc for instance, won't work so if you need me to link you to one just hit me up via PM or MSN.] you'll go on to tools.

*VC:MP stunting tools
These tools are essential for VC:MP stunting and with them you'll be able to stunt completely as you'd do in single player in almost every server, these tools include features such as: Enabling taxi boosting in taxi, saving/loading positions, jetpack/airbreak in cars and more. Only with the combination of these two you'll get the whole set of features needed.

-Vice city admin's console.
This tool will enable things like location loading/saving, airbreak and more.
Download it from here: http://www.mediafire.com/?e951352ig4saew2
And here are few pictures to show you which features you should tick and untick so you're not gonna be pressing keys that will bother you while stunting and you'll not get crashed while trying to log due to ticked features VCMP doesn't allow:

Leave the rest of the tabs untouched.

-2012 Trainer.
This one has features as enabling taxi boosting in every server, infinite life and more.
Download the trainer: http://www.mediafire.com/?5fa8x04a8ccun2u
The following trainer works on inserting commands into the command line, to run this trainer you'll have to have Vice City already opened and you can move your command line in-game, follow the instructions in this text file made by Shadowsniper for both VC admin console and 2012 trainer hotkeys: http://www.mediafire.com/?gpmfedte5wa5wbf

*Cars common locations in most of the servers:

-Kauffman cabbies, regular taxi[not as prevalent as cabbies] and Zebra's[rare]:
Can be found in pretty much all of the servers in Kauffman cabs station here:
http://images.wikia.com/gtawiki/images/8/87/KaufmanCabs-GTAVC-exterior.jpg

-PCJ's:
Can be found in this very location near by hyman condo:
http://www.gtavc.jr247.eu/images/dt_hyman_condo.jpg
Can be also found in this construction site[very likely to be found there]:
http://media.photobucket.com/image/Vice%20city%252527s%20first%20island%20construction%20site/Celedux/averymissionstart.jpg
Another location of them is the Malibu club's parking:
http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-4ow_FS1e7Eo/TdQrI_W-kaI/AAAAAAAABmM/7C-WMZaqsBs/s1600/258552-malibu_super.jpg [inbetween the club and the green building].
And two parkings around VC's airport have them quite often:
*The parking near the 4 water towers
*The other parking in the airport[no pics available].

-Infernus's and other cars:
Can be found in the yard outside Starfish Island's mansion[very likely]:
http://pnmedia.gamespy.com/planetgrandtheftauto.gamespy.com/images/oldsite/infernus1130652359.jpg

-Hotring:
Can be found around the stadium:

Hope you find it useful, enjoy.

FAQ
Q:My VC:MP crashes ever since I installed your trainers, why is this happening and how can I fix that?
A:Your VC:MP crashes because you didn't set the admin console the way you should have[which is shown in tutorial's pictures about 'admin console'], causing VC:MP to crash because it can't work when few specific problematic features are ticked. Reset them according to the pictures and you're good to go.

Q:I was never able to get into VC:MP, it just crashes, what to do?
A:You are probably having one of the two:
-Your VC:MP is not installed right, go to the tutorial's first step and reinstall properly.
-Your VC is over-modded in a way not possible to play VC:MP with, you should get a clean copy of it.
Note:Dannye's on your VC is not causing the problems so you can keep it on.

Q:How do I use these trainers when it comes to hotkeys ingame?
A:Download Shadowsniper's notepad file that has the hotkeys summary, it's right at the end of the explanation about the trainers.

In fact I launch the VC:MP Stunting program, then I launch VC:MP, I join a server and when I want spawn (left click), that make me leave the game.
While when I join a server without that the stunting VC:MP program is launched, everything work.

I see, you're having a problem with your Admin Console's setting, one or more of them are ticked or unticked the wrong way which exposes your 'Hacking' or the admin console working which is not allowed.
Basically, post here pictures of your Admin Console's 'Keyboard Shortcuts' tab with all the ticked unticked features so I can compare with mines and instruct you further.

^ Usually thats the Godmode for your player. I had the same problem while ago. Untick the uninvulnerability of the player in your keyboard shortcuts and everything should be running fine.
