vc problem black screen

Everytime when I load a savegame, when a clip from a misson ends and when I die there appears a black screen and it won't go away. Only when I 'alt+tab' a few times it starts working again but it's getting realy anoying. Anybody know how to fix this? I'm playing it on windows 7 with a resolution of 1920x1080 and I use take 2 of vc.

Try running it in compability mode for Windows 98/windows Me.

Also, try deleting the gta_vc.set file that's in the GTA Vice City User Files and then start the game again.
