First of all , i inspire myself from MMM's spot for find that one . Its a jump to drop bump to prec
Not a big stunt but i always come near this place when i stunt so why not , i take 5 min for try it .
Pretty fun , but gettin anoyin to try it for more than 5 min lol .

Why a prec when you're able to grind it?

Aha, good point . Was thinking of a way this would be possible in a sandking or an infernus actually, dunno if you can but maybe you can wallride up to it in an infernus, bump to the 2nd fence and prec/grind down that.

yeh and after prec/grind bump that bridge and land clowns pocket 
semms a bit annoying

The grind would make it lame in that spot the prec look better but well if u want to grind then try to grind it

ramp -> then bump the roof as showed -> then bump the rail/prec -> krail -> grind the grind behind there
