Challenge 1 - You can precision land the tall tree behind and to the right of the one you hit. Alternately, you can precision land the tall tree that's in between the bump and the hospital, as evidenced by this massive fail I'm about to upload:

One of the palms was landed by Fl4sh and the hospital itself by DeathCobra all from that bump.

It was not the tallest palm but still...
