If I'm not mistaken, that ledge has no collision file on that building side (I know TrYp made a P2B in that SS VC video on the other wall). I could be wrong though, but I can't arse me to check it right now.

Nope, that ledge has no collisions. I've found that spot after I saw Tryp land it in that SS vid and showed it to someone on SAMP but found out it had no collision.
