[REQ] NRG Skin

I'm no good at making bikes, and I learned this recently. That being said, I'm hoping someone would be kind enough to make mine for me, or at least give me something good to work with.

I'm looking for:
- Black bike
- Not sure how to describe the decal but it should look like acid is eating the bike from the bottom up. Preferably, that would be green.
- Interesting brakes. They don't have to be super complex or anything, just nice to look at.
