Bumping topics

Yeah recently the new members have been bumping old topics a lot so isn't it possible for new members to show a big message for a while whenever they enter
the forums saying something about not bumping old topics? It's getting pretty irritating, especially because 9/10 times it's shitty lame boring topics.
