you CANNOT be better than other people in stunting. by stunting some time you dont gain skill. The only thing that makes some stunts better than others is the DEDICATION put in the stunt, not skill. Its not the case that you get better the longer you stunt.

Eh, you can say that about every game. You have to put time and effort in to a game to gain skill and knowledge. For an example, I can't stunt for shit GTA IV, but Daksad and Raekwon can do huge bumps and they know exactly how to do it, I don't.

From what I've read, you've accepted him to edit your crews vids? 
you don't need him in the crew for him to edit your vids, besides, there are plenty of awesome editors in Wh as it is
