psh, this game looks amazing! I'd buy it if I didn't have christmas shopping to do D: , and burnout: Paradise (their previous game) is amazing as well so

My room mate bought it today which came free with a pre-owned xbox360 elite. probably going to have a shot at this game tomorrow if I get lucky.

I tried the demo on PS3 and found it boring after 30 seconds... It feels like the cars are going pretty slow and I don't like how they handle when you turn. It's nowhere as good as the two firsts Hot Pursuit, they're just trying to make money over an old license

The last racing game I enjoyed playing was DIRT, there is something wrong with racing games for sure, they all suck lately, Blur and this were alright, but both are just boring.

High stakes is still the best NFS game for me.

This isn't Hot Pursuit 2, this is Hot Pursuit 2010 (or just "Hot Pursuit") and also its my fav NFS of all time

I love this Need for Speed, it's really a nice thing to see that Criterion can make a good game out of the NFS serie since EA Games has turned it to shit with their latest games.

This, Blur and the DiRT 2 are the best racing games out there at the moment. I also still play Forza 3, fantastic game.

I love the fact the game purely emphasizes racing, not useless vehicle modifying. And playing as a cop certainly was a nice addition.

The game was massive fun, I don't think I've had so much fun playing a NFS game since Underground 1&2.

I so agree! But honestly, I didn't really like Underground 2. I think Underground 1 and Most Wanted was really good, but then it all turned shit with Carbon, Pro Street and Shift. I've probably missed a game or two with their games coming out every year.
And playing as a cop is freaking awesome! Really fun with the hot pursuits, although I HATE rapid response, it's fucking annoying

I finished that game 2 days ago and I can say the gameplay is very interesting compared to the old need for speed opus
