Not a one man job. I did a natural run-up, by breaking the 2 wooden fences everytime before each try.

Took me an hour to get an attempt like this, otherwise I wouldn't have posted it but just done it my self. This bump is all about mindless radding into it and praying to get a long distance mid-height result. You won't get far by trying to figure it out, no pun intended.
