Help Hoff with the Frozen Liberty City mod!

I was trying to get into stunting mood and installed the Frozen LC mod. I must've done something wrong though because some areas look like this:





Did I simply forget adding those txd's (I'm rather sure I didn't) or were they not included in the .zip?

Also it says this in the .txt:

.::SNOW::.
Extract the following files to your root VC directory:

vc_weather.asi
vc_weather.cfg
vcversion.dll
WeatherMod.cpp

But after doing that my game wouldn't start! What does those file do anyway?

I've been trying to get this working as well, Christmas time and whatnot.

Unfortunately it fucked up, so I'm not a big help.

These are all related to weather in the game and if you open the cfg in notepad, you can edit the settings.

vcversion.dll
This is exactly what it sounds like and checks what version of the game you have I believe.

It does look like you've forgotten to replace certain TXD's although you may have added the new one and not deleted the old one, check your img for duplicates of txd's not working.
